You sign it. They receive it. That's it.

No intermediary. No 3-day hold. No wire fees.

1

You run a pay run

2

Crypto transfers wallet-to-wallet

Each payment goes directly from your wallet to theirs. No bank, no processor, no middleman.

3

Everyone gets a pay stub

Pay stubs generate automatically with the on-chain transaction hash. Proof of income your team can actually use.

One plan. No feature gates.

Pay stubs

Multi-payment methods

Pay with Crypto, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or ACH. Your choice. No bank required for crypto payments.

Your business is real. Your payroll should be too.

Traditional payroll services require a bank account. If your industry makes that impossible, you're left with cash in envelopes and no records. Fire Payroll gives you a complete payroll system that runs on stablecoins. Pay stubs, employee portals, verification links. Everything a bank-connected business gets, without the bank.

You already have the money. Now organize the payroll.

Your team holds crypto. You've been sending wallet-to-wallet and tracking in a spreadsheet. Fire Payroll replaces the spreadsheet with real pay runs, real pay stubs, and a portal where your team can prove their income to landlords, lenders, and anyone else who asks.

Pay your team in Manila the same way you pay your team in Portland.

Wire transfers cost $25-45 per payment and take 3-5 days. Crypto settles in seconds and costs a fraction of a cent. Fire Payroll handles both — crypto for speed or traditional methods like Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and ACH when your team prefers them.

Your employees get their own portal.

Pay stubs, documents, payment history. No login required, just a secure link. They can download records, generate verification links for landlords and lenders, and see every payment you've ever made to them. Your team deserves a professional experience, not a Venmo notification.

Common questions.

Do my employees need Fire Wallet?

No. Employees need any compatible crypto wallet to receive payments. Fire Wallet or any supported wallet works. Only the employer (you) needs Fire Wallet to sign outgoing transactions.

Does Fire Payroll handle taxes or withholding?

No. Fire Payroll is a payment and record-keeping tool, not a tax compliance platform. It produces pay stubs and records that your accountant can use for tax filing. It does not withhold taxes, generate W-2s, or file returns.

Can I pay some people in crypto and others with traditional methods?

Yes. Fire Payroll supports crypto wallet payments alongside Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and ACH. You can mix methods within the same pay run. Each person's preferred method is saved to their profile.

What do verification links do?

Employees can generate a shareable link that proves their income to a third party, like a landlord or lender. The link shows the pay stubs they choose to share, with configurable detail level, expiration, and the ability to revoke access at any time.

Your payroll data. Nobody else's.

Privacy is not a feature. It is the foundation.

ENCRYPTED AT REST

Employee data, wallet addresses, and pay stubs are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We cannot read your payroll data.

WALLET TO WALLET

Payments go directly between wallets via MobileCoin. No payment data ever touches our servers.

ZERO TRACKING

No ad networks. No analytics trackers. No data brokers. What you pay your team is your business alone.

PRIVACY FIRST

Employee names, email addresses, tax IDs, and wallet addresses are all encrypted at rest. Admin never sees decrypted payroll data.

One plan. Everything included.
